Abstract
Background and Objective: Moyamoya disease is a condition caused by the obstruction of intracranial vessels, which can lead to ischemic or hemorrhagic vascular events. Most patients have complications as underlying risk factors for the above vascular disease. This article presents a case of Moyamoya disease associated with esophageal achalasia. Comprehensive examinations of this patient did not reveal any complications other than achalasia as a risk factor.
